General Guidelines

Fulfillment Dates: Each product page explicitly displays the current stock quantity and expected delivery timeframe.
Delivery Regions: We only ship orders to addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Delivery (Up to 30 kg): Free.
Dispatched securely via DPD CLASSIC Predict, DPD ParcelBox, or Die Post Brief Priority A. Please note that roughly 1% of standard shipments may experience minor transit delays of 1–2 days due to active logistics constraints across Europe.

Express Delivery (Up to 30 kg): 9.90 CHF.
Dispatched quickly via DPD CLASSIC Predict, DPD ParcelBox, Die Post Priority A, or priority letter mail.

Cargo / Heavy Goods (Over 30 kg): Free.
Handled via specialized DPDMaxi or DHL truck freight shipping.

In-Store Pickup: Free.
Orders can be picked up directly at our store, adhering to the same processing timeline as our Standard delivery method.

Swiss Warehouse Inventory
Items marked as stocked here are already imported and located in our supplier's local Swiss fulfillment centers.

EU Warehouse Inventory
Items marked as stocked here are currently situated in European hubs and will be imported immediately upon your purchase.

For products shipped from both our Swiss and EU facilities, complementary local services—such as product cashbacks, extended service warranties, GSM mobile network services, digital streaming bundles, and standalone payment promotions—are not guaranteed unless explicitly detailed within that item's specific product description page.

Optional Shipping Insurance

Pricing
Comprehensive transport coverage can be added to your order for a flat fee of 1.5% of the total order value.

Coverage Scope
This optional insurance protects your items from physical loss or structural damage sustained during transit, covering up to the maximum retail value of the products at the moment the order was placed.

Exclusions
Cosmetic damage affecting only the outer product packaging or shipping box is not covered or eligible for reimbursement.

Risk Warning
If you choose to opt out of transport insurance, shipments sent via methods without structural tracking (standard letter mail) or items delivered without an explicit signature requirement (such as DPD ParcelBox) cannot be covered or insured against loss.
