Plug & Adapter Information

Human-Driven Process: This fulfilment operation is performed entirely by our workers. If an adapter is
missing or if the incorrect cable/adapter variant is accidentally shipped, please contact us immediately
via email at [email protected] so we can provide you with the correct replacement.

Continuous Quality Control: Foletti Computer constantly verifies and checks if cables and adapters are
being shipped out correctly. In the event of an identified error, we immediately notify all affected
clients and ship the correct cable or adapter completely free of charge.

Original Packaging Omissions: If the original retail product package does not natively include
an original cable or power supply unit from the manufacturer, we will not provide one either.

Wall Sockets Only: The only adapter solution we provide is for the primary connection to the wall
socket. If the product features an internal or secondary multi-plug power strip system, those
specific secondary adapters are not included.

Scope of Service Clarification: This policy is valid strictly for primary power cables and physical
adapters. Standalone battery chargers or alternative device accessories are completely excluded
from this service.
